The present General Conditions are presented in order to define the sales conditions between LBR Store and its clients. Becomes a client under the present

LBR Store reserves the right to alter without prior notice the conditions of use or other regulations published on the website. Therefore, you must regularly consult the conditions of use since the continued use of the website presupposes the unreserved acceptance of the changes made to them and the submission to the most recent version.
The version of the present regulation has a precise date, orders are thus managed by the General Conditions in use and therefore in force on the date of the order.
After the customer validates his or her order, it automatically brings about the express acceptance of the present General Conditions of Sale.
The purchase by email, telephone, or in the physical space, also implies the acceptance of the present conditions. These can be directly read on our website. They can also be sent by email, or by post if the customer requests it.
Intellectual Property
The user is not authorised to store, copy, reproduce, alter, distribute, sell or in any way make accessible to third parties the information to which he or she has access in the context of this use, except for exclusively private purposes and free of charge.
The User is solely and exclusively responsible for the improper use of the information to which they have access under the present site.
The user acknowledges the intellectual property rights of LBR Store over the contents of the site which do not originate from third parties, as such
identified, including the graphic design of the page, texts, images, graphics, logos, domains and brands, the user not being authorized to reproduce, copy, alter, divulge or perform any act that, under the terms of the applicable legislation would constitute an infringement of the rights held by LBR Store.
Any fraudulent use of these rights constitutes an offence of counterfeiting, sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code.
The user is liable for any cost, expense, damage or loss of whatever nature incurred by LBR Store due to the user's breach of these "Terms and Conditions".
In the event of litigation, the competent court is that of the District of Lisbon, with express renunciation of any other.

Applicable conditions

These General Sales Conditions are applicable to the sale of the product(s) displayed on the LBR Store website on the day the order is validated. They are applicable whether the order is made by internet, email, telephone, regular mail or in our physical shop.

Products
LBR Store strives to present in the best way, the essential characteristics of the products.
For confirmation of technical data, please contact our customer service or send an email. The products offered are in compliance with the European legislation in force and the standards applicable in the European Economic Community.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate.
All prices quoted are correct except for data entry errors.
If an order is placed for an article whose price is wrong we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. LBR Store can modify prices without notice

The VAT rate of 23% is included in all prices.
VAT applies to all completed sales.
The invoice accompanies the goods and confirms settlement of VAT.

Our product offers and prices are valid while stocks last.

Orders
When the customer places his order through the website, he must fill in the form shown. Before validating the order you should reread the form to confirm the data. LBR Store is not responsible for e-mail sending errors or order sending errors due to badly filled forms.
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation is sent to the customer by e-mail, provided that the e-mail address indicated does not present any error.
Secure payment
LBR Store owns the product(s) until full payment by the customer.
The order is considered placed and confirmed after full payment. LBR Store reserves the right to refuse an order.
Payment method
The customer can pay using the following payment methods: Multibanco (using our reference), MBWAY, Credit Card or Pay Pal.
Lack of payment
LBR Store reserves the right to refuse delivery or the order of a customer who has not paid the total amount of the product ordered. All payments must be made within 1 working day after the order is placed. After this deadline the order can be cancelled.
Invoice
The order form made by the customer does not serve as an invoice. Whatever the type of order and payment method, the customer will only receive the invoice together with the goods at the time of delivery.
LBR Store keeps a digital copy of each invoice.
Anti-fraud control
All kinds of abusive card counterfeiting will be liable to immediate legal action.
Sending
Orders are confirmed and processed by us after the successful receipt of payment. After this confirmation the following procedures take place:
Orders with national or international delivery are shipped via CTT.
Orders are processed on Portuguese national calendar working days. Orders confirmed and received by 12:00 GMT are generally dispatched the same day via registered CTT. When processed after this time, they are dispatched the next working day. Shoe orders can take between 1 to 15 days to be processed via ctt express.
After the order is dispatched, the delivery time is normally :
Mainland Portugal: 1 - 3 working days
Madeira: 3 - 5 working days
Azores: 3 - 8 working days
International: 3 - 10 working days
All orders outside the European Community are subject to customs supervision. Although infrequent, it may result in the application of a customs duty, the payment of which is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking
You can track your order on the CTT website, through a code that will be sent to you by e-mail when it is shipped. If the order is returned due to the customer's responsibility, a new shipping cost will have to be paid.
Packaging
The products to be dispatched are packed and conditioned so that they arrive at the place of delivery in perfect condition, always bearing in mind customer satisfaction.
Receipt of order
We recommend that all delivered orders should be subject to verification and control, and that the customer should make any notes about the state of the package in the respective registry. Without the proper notes from the customer the order cannot be the object of a complaint to LBR Store.
The verification of the product's status is considered to have been carried out once the registration is signed.
Order content error
Upon receipt of the order by the customer, the latter must indicate through our hotline, or e-mail, the complaint of non-compliance of the product(s), indicating the reference, the invoice number and the reason for dissatisfaction.
Claims of non-conformity must be made within a maximum of 24 hours after the order is delivered. Complaints that are not made according to the above rules and within the indicated deadlines will not be accepted by LBR Store.
Transport damage
LBR Store will be responsible for the return postage and shipping costs if the order has been damaged during transport. In this situation the exchange will have to be made for the same article. If you wish to exchange for a different article, the return and new shipment costs will be the client's responsibility.
The packaging used for the products dispatched, regardless of the brand of the article purchased, is a standard LBR store packaging with self-adhesive labels in the opening area, which guarantees inviolability until the destination. When receiving a product, the USER tacitly attests that the package is sealed.
If the package is violated/opened or in bad conditions the USER must refuse to receive it under penalty of not being able to claim later on that non-conformity, and must immediately inform LBR store through the email info@lbr-store.com or the customer support line, reporting the number of his order and the description of the defect detected.
Exchanges and Returns
You can exchange/return a product within 15 days of receiving it.
To make an exchange/return, you must send an e-mail to info@lbr-store.com, with your identification, reason, order number and product reference(s).
Exchanges/returns are free if the reason is LBR Store's responsibility (example: defective or damaged products). If the reason for the exchange/return is associated to a change of mind or a mistake when submitting the order, the shipping cost will be discounted from the total amount of the refund.
When the exchange/return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, all costs of shipping and returning the order will be borne by the customer.
We will not refund shipping costs if, in a multi-product order, only one or a few products are returned/exchanged.
In case of exchange/return, LBR store will refund the paid amounts, by bank transfer, within 15 days after receiving the returned items.
The articles should be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use, in perfect condition, accompanied by the order number and should be sent to the following address: Rua Padre José Poças Ribeiro Lote 35 R/C Dtº 2005-334 Santarém.
After reception of the returned article, LBR store will proceed to schedule the reimbursement operation, for which we ask you to send us your IBAN.
In case of return and if there is a delivery tax offer applied in the order, the offer will be cancelled and its value will be discounted in the amount to be returned.
The exchange or refund will be refused whenever the return does not comply with the rules described.
Termination of contract
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an LBR Store product you can return it and ask for a payment refund. The return must take place within a maximum of 15 days after the order's reception date.
You must communicate through our email info@lbr-store.com with the order number, description or reference of the product you wish to return.
Returns, cancellations or refunds do not apply to personalised goods, which is provided for by law: "Supply of goods
produced or ordered according to consumer specifications or obviously personalized cannot be returned."
Return times may exceptionally and temporarily be modified in promotional periods.
The transport costs arising from the return or dissatisfaction are borne by the customer.
The articles should be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use, in perfect condition, accompanied by the order number and should be sent to the following address: Rua Padre José Poças Ribeiro Lote 35 R/C Dtº 2005-334 Santarém.
Information regarding the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract (private customer) is described in Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and the
Decree-Law No. 82/2008.
Regarding the right to terminate the contract by Companies, Institutions, Liberal Professionals and Sole proprietors, the general law of the Portuguese Civil Code, as set out in Decree-Law 67/2003, applies.
Warranty

All items are covered by a 2-year contractual guarantee, without prejudice to the legal guarantee which also applies to any lack of conformity caused by packaging (see Shipping - Damage in transit)

The warranty does not cover damage caused by daily use or excessive use. The guarantee normally loses its effect when repairs have been carried out by third parties and not authorized by LBR-Store.
